Core Self Skills: Master five key self skills integral to Flourish.

The five “selfs” in the Flourish Empowerment Model for ADHD Women are designed to cultivate Self-Trust: Rebuilding trust in one’s instincts, abilities, and intuition.

  1. Self-Awareness: Cultivating an understanding of one’s ADHD and its intersection with other identity aspects.
  2. Self-Compassion: Practicing kindness, understanding, and forgiveness towards oneself.
  3. Self-Care: Prioritizing and taking actions that promote personal well-being and health. This involves engaging in activities and routines that support physical, mental, and emotional health, tailored to the individual’s needs and circumstances.
  4. Self-Advocacy: Developing skills to articulate needs and assert boundaries.
  5. Self-Accommodation: Developing personalized strategies to embrace natural cognitive and behavioral variations​

  • Final 30 Minutes: Group reconvening for sharing and reflection.

Flourish Groups are offered virtually and to women worldwide regardless of their ability to pay.

Groups are recorded and come with workbooks, videos, and a mini-course to learn the concepts in many ways. You are also allowed to repeat your groups!
